POWER HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! ? -One REP MAX Pull Up - 1st place ? -Max REPZ Pull Ups +32kg - 1st place ? -One REP MAX Dip - 1st place ? Main disciplines DESTROYED! This is so far the hardest competition where i participated. Its always pleasure to make new friendships and meet strong athletes that share same passion, love, vision for this sport. Congratulations to all athletes on amazing performances, crowd for support, referees, organizers and everyone else who made this event possible. At the end after this amazing event we are all winners. Im not proud of myself, I’m just thankful coz GOD gave me this strength and i will keep working hard and follow his steps. Very important thing, my deep apologize to referees for my bad behave on MAX REPZ dips +48kg(My strongest discipline), i stoped on 12th rep coz ref wait too much for dead-stop, but at the end i need to listen and wait for their sign. Dips were without borders, realistically i could go 25 reps easy(winner got 22 reps) but sometimes we have to learn from our mistakes. Good thing is that i broke my personal record ONE REP MAX dip. I did 115kg(without border) so realistically it is 110kg with borders. One bad thing is that on ONE REP MAX squat i put last weight 150kg and i did it like it was 100kg, so easy(later on i will put video). In my opinion i could go 160-165kg but i didn’t want to risk my previous hip injury. Its time for active rest(Physical and emotional rest), that means training intensity and volume will go down.
